Just to show that we can have some really interesting conversations at Speakers Corner, I ended up helping some other Muslims to try to convince a Quran only Muslim that there are some things missing from his service to Allah, because he only follows the Quran and not the hadith teachings of his prophet. Most Christians would not care about this subject, because they only care about how God can help them and are very good at just ignoring what other people believe in, but I prefer to find out what other people believe, so that I can see if they have valid reasons for their belief and on this occasion it looks as if it was worth finding out, because of how the other Muslims responded to what the Quran only Muslim was saying.
This Quran only Muslim is a bit like a New testament only Christian like Mike Licona, who will say some not nice things about the Old Testament, because he seems to prefer to follow a fairy god who does thing like how he wants. This is also what some Muslims are like where they don't like how harsh our God is, so they then prefer a god who allows them to beat their wives and to rape any female captives that they might get in a war.
