In this video I am talking to a Muslim about where they get their instructions about what to do with people who commit adultery. Some Muslims say that if the instructions in the Quran conflict with something in the hadith, then they have to go by what the Quran says. In the Quran it only says that adulterers should be flogged, but the hadith says that they should be stoned, so a Quran only adulterer could insist that they only want to be punished according to what the Quran says. I only managed to get one hadith out in this recording, but have some others that I can bring out if I get to speak again to a Muslim about this subject.
