In Acts 20:28-31 the Apostle Paul says "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears." and we see here how Paul is expecting the church to be decimated by people who will come in from the outside, with there also then being people who are currently in the church, who will speak things that are perverse. I had a conversation with a Catholic preacher and he seemed to be proud of the fact that his particular denomination had a history that stretched from the time of the Apostles until now, so I then had to show him that his people came up with doctrines that were different from what the Apostles were preaching.
When you look at some of the Catholic doctrines like the veneration of Mary, the doing away with the Sabbath and bowing down to idols, then we can only presume that these doctrines were the perverse ones that the Apostle Paul was speaking about, which he even said would come from people who were around in his time, so Roman Catholics should not be too proud of their history, because it looks like they are actually the wolves that the Apostle Paul was talking about.

The 10 spies gave an evil report, but there was some truth in what they were saying, so sometimes church preachers will tell the truth, but in a slimy way, so that the people end up being deceived by the twisted version of the truth that they were hearing. Caleb and Joshua were telling the truth according to how they plainly saw things, without adding a deceptive twist, but it looked as if mmost of the children of Israel at that time, preferred to believe the slime that was coming from the mouths of the ten evil spies, which seems to show why the majority of church people also prefer to follow the slime that the modern church leaders are preaching.

This also shows the power of God, because the Catholics do not belive a lot of the things that are in the same Bible that they use and they did not seem to have the power to remove those parts of the Bible, which shows that there is another power that is keeping the anti-pagan commandments in the Bible, which are also exposing who the false teachers are. Other so called holy books will be a lot more friendly towards the people who follow them, because when some men get together to write a book that they want to follow, then they will obviously not write anything in it which is an inconvenience to them. This is obviously the case when we read any of the other books that try to say they are from a god, because a non-existant god will obviously not care if some mean spirited and stubborn people get to live for ever, while the real God who made heaven and earth, will want to make sure that it is only the nice people who get to make it to His kingdom and be with Him for ever and ever.
Paul experienced false brethren in the below Bible verses, which shows they exist, but notice that modern church leaders try to avoid talking about them:
II Corinthians 11:25-27 says "Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness."
