Muhammad Said "A woman, an ass and a dog disrupt the prayer, but something like the back of a saddle guards against that", while Aisha responds with "Is the woman an ugly animal?" and "You likened us to the asses and the dogs", which seems to show that Aisha did not agree with her prophets proclamations. The hadiths mentioned in this recording are another reason why I am surprised that women feel that they are welcome in Islam, because there seems to be a lot of things that the Muslim prophet did say, which do not allow women to have any relevance in the current Muslim world and in the Muslim paradise as well. The only reason I can see for the current status that women seem have in Islam, is that Muhammad is not alive anymore, so the current Muslim scholars can just disregard a lot of the things that he did say, without a loyal jihadi coming to do them some damage. The other thing that is obvious in these hadiths, is that Aisha obviously does not agree with the statements that her prophet did make, which shows that the Muslim women of old were not impressed with the position that Muhammad had put them in.
