Discussion About Some of The Confusing Statements in The Quran - Speakers Corner Hyde Park

In this recording I am speaking with Lee, who is another Christian, to a Muslim about some of the unclear verses in the Quran. When reading the Quran it can sometimes be hard to understand the point that the writer is trying to make and this seems to be mostly because the Quran was revealed by a bandit, while then being written down by the bandits companions. When reading the Bible you will find that it is a lot clearer and this is because it is written by scholars who were inspired by God, to write down a combination of the things that did see themselves, some things that other people did see and the repeated the details of the event to them and finally the things that God must have revealed to them in a vision. The most important part of this process is the fact that God did not chose any bandits who were free to write whatever they wanted, but He chose serious men who He knew wanted to get His word out to the rest of their people.
The Muslim did his best to try to defend what his bandit prophet had revealed in the Quran that the unfortunate Muslims have to use, but he pretty much had make the explanation according to his own understanding of what is written, because it looks as if even the Muslim scholars and translators have a hard time when it comes to understanding some of the things that the Quran is saying.
